What is the Privacy Policy?
This Privacy Policy explains which Personal Data is collected by Finchem Italy Srl (hereinafter “Finchem Italy Srl”) and how such Personal Data is used when the User uses the website and web services of Finchem Italy Srl, accessible at the WEBSITE addresses (hereinafter “Website”). This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code – hereinafter the “Code”) and Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”).
This policy does not apply to Personal Data collected by other websites that the User may consult via links to external third-party pages. Finchem Italy Srl is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of third parties. When connecting to another website or using a third-party service, you must read the privacy policy of that specific website or service.
The term “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, even indirectly, by reference to any other information.
Finchem Italy Srl may periodically modify, integrate, or update this policy, also in light of any changes in applicable regulations. Processing of Personal Data
Access to certain sections of the Website and/or any requests for information or services by Website Users may be conditional upon entering Personal Data. Furthermore, any contact with Finchem Italy Srl, for example through the customer service, or the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages via electronic or traditional mail to the Finchem Italy Srl contact details listed on the Website, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address (including email address) or telephone number, which are necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other Personal Data included in such communications.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to allow Users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the Website and providing their Personal Data, how Finchem Italy Srl processes Users' Personal Data. Purposes of the Processing
According to the specific needs expressed from time to time by the User accessing the various sections of the Website, the purposes of processing Personal Data provided directly by Users may be as follows:

Failure to provide optional, non-necessary Personal Data, or providing it partially or inaccurately, does not entail any consequences.
Categories of Personal Data Subject to Processing
In addition to the Personal Data provided directly by users (such as first name, last name, postal address, email address, password, age, date of birth, gender, image, profession, marital status, etc.), when connecting to the Website, the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Website automatically and indirectly acquire certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI – Uniform Resource Identifier – addresses of requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server – success, error, etc. – and other parameters relating to the User's operating system and IT environment). This Personal Data is processed solely to perform anonymous statistical surveys on Website usage and to monitor its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. Personal Data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the Website.
Categories of Subjects Who May Come into Knowledge of Users' Personal Data
Personal Data may be brought to the knowledge of employees or collaborators of the Data Controller or companies in Italy and abroad who, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed as Data Processors and/or Persons in Charge of the Processing and will receive adequate operational instructions in this regard.
Scope of Communication or Dissemination of Users' Personal Data
Personal Data provided directly by Users by filling out online forms may be communicated to external service providers in charge of managing Personal Data for the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected. Finchem Italy Srl shares the User's Personal Data to the extent necessary to enable such third-party service providers to provide the applicable service to Finchem Italy Srl or on its behalf (for example, order fulfillment, payment services and processing, credit card management, debt collection, website and e-commerce platform operations, support services, promotions, website development, email services for sending emails and/or newsletters and/or SMS/MMS on its behalf, Personal Data analysis, etc.). Finchem Italy Srl does not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose the User's Personal Data to third parties, except as required by law pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR, unless required for the purposes of a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b), or unless the User has expressly consented pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a).
The same Personal Data may be disseminated if the names of winners of any contests or prize operations promoted by Finchem Italy Srl through the Website are posted on the Website.

User Rights Recognized by Art. 7 of the Code and Art. 15 of the GDPR
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, its communication in an intelligible form, and access to its content.
1.The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
- The origin of the Personal Data;
- The purposes and methods of the processing;
- The logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- The identification details of the Data Controller, Data Processors, and the representative designated within the territory of the Italian State, where applicable;
- The subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Personal Data may be communicated or who may come into knowledge of it in their capacity as designated representative within the territory of the Italian State, Data Processors, or persons in charge of processing.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain:
- The updating, rectification, or, when interested therein, integration of the Personal Data;
- The erasure, anonymization, or blocking of Personal Data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected or subsequently processed;
- Certification that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the Personal Data has been communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifest disproportion of means compared to the protected right.
3. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

Where applicable, the data subject also has the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Garante).
The aforementioned rights may be exercised directly or by delegating a natural person or an association in writing.
Retention of Personal Data
In compliance with applicable laws, Finchem Italy Srl will use Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected (as described in the "Purposes of the Processing" section) or to satisfy applicable legal requirements.

Furthermore, if the User initially gave consent, they may subsequently object to the processing for the purposes indicated in points 2 and 3 of the "Purposes of the Processing" section by clicking on a specific "unsubscribe link" present in every email or by contacting the Data Controller using the methods indicated in the previous paragraph.
