Turbo series for precious metal finishing
Finchem solutions engineered to accelerate wet and dry finishing processes on small components and regular surfaces.
Faster finishing, more controlled processes
Finchem Turbo centrifugal disc finishers are engineered to accelerate both wet and dry finishing processes. They are highly recommended for processing small components with regular or flat surfaces, where maintaining consistency, control, and surface quality is critical.
The circular geometry of the process bowl generates a fluid, continuous movement of parts during operation. Additionally, the gap between the processing bowl and the rotating disc can be adjusted down to a minimum of 0.05 mm to compensate for the progressive wear resulting from the normal usage of abrasive media.
