Electrofinishing for Precious Metals
Finchem's patented technology engineered to process complex geometries, hidden details, and surfaces that are unreachable with traditional finishing methods.
Electrochemical finishing for intricate designs
Finchem Electrofinishing was developed to meet the evolving demands of jewelry manufacturing and beyond. Technologies such as 3D printing, prototyping, and investment casting have expanded design possibilities, but they have also made surface finishing significantly more complex.
REP1 works through electrochemical deburring and material removal, allowing it to treat small, internal, or hard-to-reach areas that are difficult to access manually. This technology is suitable for gold items in various colors and alloys, as well as other metals, especially when geometry, detail, and consistency of the result require a more controlled process.
